Casings and Core Barrels of high durability are used in drilling wells during the exploration of solid minerals and water, in engineering-geological works and in the construction.

The modification of Casing and Core Barrels of Nipple Joint (Type NJ) is foreseen, which is connected with the help of nipples on both ends the outside thread.

Drill rods are made of steel 36G2S, according to customer’s coordination drill rods can be made of steel 45.

It is used the exposed quenching with heating of High Frequency Currents for the increasing of wear resistance of the Core Barrels’ surface with diameter 57, 73 and 89 mm. For the excepting of jamming the thread and the increase of its wear resistance nipples pass the process of chemical thermal treatment (carbonitration) in addition to quenching with the heating of High Frequency Currents. Exposed hardness of the body of the rod –min 40 HRC, exposed hardness on nipples - min 50 HRC
